Update My Listing
This allows you to change your listing in the Chamber Directory and the Haslemere.com Business Listings.

Please note: that this does not update your contact details with the Chamber, please use the "Update My Details" option for this.

There are two different editing modes, which are chosen using the Option buttons at the top of the screen.

Using the Quick Editor
This interface is a simple form that is filled in so that your information is automatically filled in on your entry.

Using the HTML Editor
This interface looks similar to the Quick Editor, however all of the company details are only used for indexing purposes, not for generating your entry. This interface should only be used if you have knowledge of writing HTML. If you require assistance with this, please contact us on 01428 644858. The difference is that the HTML information you enter into the “Body Text (HTML)” box will generate the entire entry except for adding the Chamber Member logo and copyright notice at the bottom. When inserting images to your entry, use the “Upload Graphic” feature, and then the “Insert Graphic” button, entering the filename of the image you uploaded. The “Logo File” box is NOT used in the HTML Editor.

When you have finished, click the “Update” button at the bottom of the page to save your changes. To view the results, click “View Listing”. Click “Back” in your browser if you wish to make further changes and redo the process, or exit your browser if you have finished.

Update My Details
This option allows you to edit your contact details held by the Chamber. You can also use this page to change your password for the website and your preference for recieving the Chamber Newsletter by e-mail or post. You are not able to change your membership type or number.

When you have changed your details, please click the "Update" button to ensure they are saved to the database.
