A Survey

Haslemere Health Group (HHG) investigates health and social care provision policies affecting people in Haslemere and the surrounding villages. These are commissioned by the NHS Guildford and Waverley Clinical Commissioning Group (G & W CCG) and provided by multiple organisations.

G & W CCG is in the final stages of conducting a consultation on changes to stroke services for SW Surrey. It is proposed to set up two specialist stroke hubs in West Surrey: St Peters Chertsey and Frimley Park, ie two hubs in the north-west of the county. Part of this final consultation is a survey which can be found at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/strokeconsultationwestsurrey, or the G & W CCG website www.guildfordandwaverleyccg.nhs.uk. The results from this survey will play a major part in the final decision.

The survey must be completed by the end of April, but ideally it would be filled in before then.

Fashion SwitCHange

Fashion switCHange - A glamorous evening of swapping your current wardrobe for something more fabulous! How it works:

Upon arrival, if you wish to bring items to swap they will be exchanged for tokens which act as currency for you to spend on pre-loved and new items at the event. Items in good, new or never worn condition, such as clothes, shoes and accessories are welcomed. Additional tokens may also be purchased on the night. If you do not have anything to swap, but still want to join in the fun, you can simply purchase tokens on the night, while you sit back and enjoy the show case of pre-loved & new items available to exchange your tokens for. The rest of the items accumulated on the night will be sorted onto clothing rails, which will each have different token value. Then the fun begins, as you decide what treasures you may be taking home with you. And the best bit ... all profits will go to the mayor's charities!
Tickets from the Silk Road 01428-288 313, 66-68 Wey Hill, Haslemere, Surrey, GU27 1HN or Haslemere Hall.
