A Survey

Haslemere Health Group (HHG) investigates health and social care provision policies affecting people in Haslemere and the surrounding villages. These are commissioned by the NHS Guildford and Waverley Clinical Commissioning Group (G & W CCG) and provided by multiple organisations.

G & W CCG is in the final stages of conducting a consultation on changes to stroke services for SW Surrey. It is proposed to set up two specialist stroke hubs in West Surrey: St Peters Chertsey and Frimley Park, ie two hubs in the north-west of the county. Part of this final consultation is a survey which can be found at www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/strokeconsultationwestsurrey, or the G & W CCG website www.guildfordandwaverleyccg.nhs.uk. The results from this survey will play a major part in the final decision.

The survey must be completed by the end of April, but ideally it would be filled in before then.
