KINGS TRUST FOR CHILDREN

Kings World Trust for Children was founded in 1993 to provide a caring home, an education and skills training for orphan and homeless children in developing countries. The Trust’s work is focused in India, which has a population of over one billion people and the largest percentage of orphan and homeless children in the world.

Kings World Trust for Children is based in Haslemere UK. Kings World (USA) Inc is based in New Jersey. These Trusts are managed and administered by a team of unpaid volunteers. The teams are responsible for fund raising and public relations and also the selection and briefing of the many volunteers who go to India to support the Trust’s work in Tamil Nadu, South India.

The UK & USA Trusts work in partnership with Kings World Trust for Children (India) which manages and controls the operational work of the Trust on mutually agreed projects with children and young people.Kings World Trust for Children runs projects in the following specialist areas:
