Swan Barn Farm
Construction of the extension to Swan Barn Farm is underway. This is an ultra low
carbon emission unit (designed by local woodsman, Ben Law) which will provide accommodation for up to three long-term volunteers. They will help manage the local countryside and run the farm, including a new orchard of traditional fruit-tree species, a vegetable garden, chickens and a bee hive. The Black Down & Hindhead Supporters have contributed funds to this project, paid for the bee hive, and organised an event which raised a further £1,890.
