Our recently refurbished and historical Council Chamber is available for hire. With far reaching views of the High Street and good access for the disabled, it is suitable for meetings and private functions such business lunches and sliver weddings celebrations.

The Council Chamber can accommodate 20 seated and up to 40 standing. Crockery and cutlery are available for use by hirers. If you are a local organisation wishing to use the Chamber for the local good, then please apply to the Town Clerk for reduced or free hire.
We also welcome the public to view the Chamber - if as a school or organisation you would like to visit
and hear about the history of the Town Hall, please contact the Town Clerk.
